You are buying from NobleBuild Creations LLP, trading as Monzzaro, registered at 12-2-416/65/1, First Floor, Ushodaya Colony, Gudimalkapur, Hyderabad 500028, Telangana, India, LLPIN ACE-8759, GSTIN 36AAWFN1999H1ZE. The house is based in India, and every bottle is made here: by Suhan Aerosol LLP, J/1-8, Radheysham Industrial Complex, Village Asangaon (W), Taluka Shahapur, Thane 421601, Maharashtra, India, under licence MH/106908 (Maharashtra FDA cosmetics manufacturing licence).

This isn't a marketplace storefront or a reseller account. It's the house itself, selling directly.

Use this website, or buy anything from it, and you accept these terms as they stand at the time. If you don't agree with them, the simplest thing is not to order. We'd rather you walk away informed than order and feel misled.

Every Monzzaro fragrance is an original composition, made in India, formulated to IFRA standards. What is in the bottle is ours, named and built by us.

Only the six La Collezione Epos perfumes carry Dyadic Olfaction, the house's signature mechanic, where a fragrance opens as one identity and settles into a second over wear. La Collezione Oud (two perfumes) and La Collezione Cristallo (two perfumes) are classic compositions: a single note pyramid, top to base, no turn.

All prices on this site are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST where GST applies. We may change a price at any time (a launch, a correction, a revision) but never after your order has been accepted. The price you agreed to is the price you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a finished sale. We accept that offer, and the contract is formed, when your order dispatches, not before.

Until dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order: the listed price was wrong, the item is out of stock, or we suspect it's for resale rather than personal use. If we cancel, you get a full refund. No argument, no delay.

Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled from your side: each bottle is packed and sealed to its order as soon as it reaches us. Our Refund Policy covers what happens if it arrives damaged, leaking or wrong. A preorder deposit is the one exception, below.

La Collezione Epos, Act I: Dusk releases in mid-November 2026. Until then you can preorder a bottle with a deposit: ₹200 for a 60 ml bottle, ₹100 for a 20 ml bottle. The deposit is held against your bottle; it is not a separate charge.

• Refundable until dispatch. Change your mind at any time before your bottle ships, write to care@monzzaro.com, and the deposit comes back in full to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• Deducted, with 5% off. When your bottle is ready, we send you a payment link for the balance: the full price less 5%, less your deposit. Midsea Murmur 60ml, for example: ₹3,519 less 5% is ₹3,343, and less the ₹200 deposit you pay ₹3,143. Once the balance is paid, it is an order like any other.
• 14 days to complete. If the balance is not paid within 14 days of our message that your bottle is ready, the bottle goes to the next person and your deposit is refunded in full.
• If the date slips, the house writes to you first, and your deposit stays refundable.
• Limited per restock. Preorders are capped at 380 per perfume and size for each restock. When they are taken, preorders close until the next one.

The price of a Monzzaro never drops, and the house does not run sales. It does like to live a little dangerously, so there is one way under the price: the house game. These are its rules.

• Who runs it. NobleBuild Creations LLP, trading as Monzzaro. Open to residents of India aged 18 or over.
• Free to play. No purchase is needed to play or to win. Play as often as you like; playing asks for nothing.
• The prizes. 50 free bottles in total across the whole promotion; everyone who does not win a bottle gets 10% off. A winner chooses the bottle: any La Collezione Epos 60 ml, La Collezione Oud 50 ml or La Collezione Cristallo 50 ml perfume, or the Epos Discovery Set instead.
• How a result is decided. The game is The Flight: you fly a bottle through the city, collecting Monzzaro bottles as you go. Finish the flight and you win a bottle; everyone who plays takes 10% off. Every finished flight is sent to the house's server and replayed there before a prize is given, so only a flight that was really flown can win. The flight is free and can be flown as often as you like.
• One prize per mobile number, ever. A bottle or a 10% code, not both. To claim, you confirm your mobile number with a 6-digit code we send on WhatsApp, then give your name and email. A number that already holds a prize is shown that same prize again.
• Codes. Every code is single-use and cannot be combined with another code. A bottle code covers one bottle of the perfume you chose. A 10% code comes off one order.
• Epos. Epos bottles release mid-November 2026, with the preorders. A code won for an Epos bottle waits for that release.
• Ending the game. the house may end the game at any time.

Maison Monzzaro sells through monzzaro.com and nowhere else. We don't list on any marketplace, and we don't appoint resellers, distributors or stockists.

Ours

The name Monzzaro, the Maison Monzzaro wordmark and badge, every composition we've created, every photograph, and every word on this site belong to NobleBuild Creations LLP, trading as Monzzaro. None of it may be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

What we ask of you

Don't scrape this site. Don't resell what you buy here while implying you're the house, and don't pass off any other bottle as ours. We can refuse service, close an account, or cancel an order for anyone who does.

If something goes wrong

Our liability to you for any claim arising from an order is capped at what you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect loss beyond that, a missed occasion, a disappointed gift. Nothing here limits any liability the law does not allow us to limit.

When we can't perform on time

Sometimes delivery slips for reasons outside anyone's control: a courier network down, a monsoon flooding a route, a civic shutdown, a strike. When that happens we'll tell you rather than go quiet, and we won't be in breach for the delay.

Governing law and how to raise a dispute

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad. Before that: Indian e-commerce rules give you a grievance route, and we'd rather use it than end up in court. Write to our Grievance Officer, Mohammed Rizwan, at admin@monzzaro.com.
