Free shipping across India. And if it isn't right, we make it right.

We treat the journey from our workshop to your hands as part of the object. Here's how shipping works, and how returns work if you need them — in plain terms, no fine-print games.

Shipping costs you nothing. Not above a threshold, not on your third order — on every order, to every serviceable pincode in India. The price on the product page is the price you pay at checkout; we don't believe in winning you with one number and taxing you at the door.

Every order is packed the way it's meant to be received — the rigid box, the sleeve, the letter — and dispatched with care so it arrives as it left us.

• Where we ship: across India, free on every order.
• Dispatch: packed and handed to the courier within of your order.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within of dispatch, depending on your location.
• Tracking: once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can follow it any time on Track Your Order.

If an address needs correcting or a delivery goes astray, write to us — we'll chase the courier with you rather than leave it in your hands alone.

We want you wearing a Monzzaro you love, not one you settled for. The shape of our returns policy is fixed; the exact windows are being finalised, and they're marked plainly below rather than hidden.

• Sealed and unopened: changed your mind? Request a return within of delivery and we'll collect the parcel and refund you in full.
• Opened bottles: perfume is personal — once a bottle is opened, we generally can't take it back for a change of heart. That isn't fine print; it's the reason the Discovery Set exists, so you never have to open a 60ml on a guess.
• Damaged, faulty, or wrong item: opened or not, tell us within and we'll replace it or refund it in full — the return is on us, shipping included.
• Refund timing: once we've received and checked the return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within .

To start a return, write to us with your order number and a line on what's wrong. A person will take it from there.
