Damaged or wrong on arrival

If your perfume arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, tell us through the Contact page with a photo and your order number. The house will make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Sealed returns

Perfume is a personal product; for hygiene and authenticity reasons only unopened, house-sealed bottles are eligible for return. The return window and process will be published here before the store opens.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
