Shipping

Shipping is free on every order of ₹999 or more, to every serviceable PIN code in India, and since the lowest price in the house is ₹1,379, that is every order you can place today. The price on the product page is the price you pay at checkout; we don't believe in winning you with one number and taxing you at the door.

Once you order, we pack it and hand it to the courier within 48 to 72 hours. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday go out with the next working day's dispatch. We don't hold couriers over a closed day, so the clock starts when we're next open.

Preorders: La Collezione Epos, Act I: Dusk ships in mid-November 2026. A preorder deposit ships nothing, so it carries no shipping charge; your bottle ships free, like every order, once the balance is paid. The full terms are on our Refund Policy.

• Metro cities: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.

We ship through Shiprocket and Eshopbox, which hand each parcel to the courier best placed to reach your PIN code. Cash on delivery is available on most PIN codes, with some exclusions. Checkout tells you straight away whether your PIN code qualifies.

A few things can add days, and we'd rather say so than let you wonder: monsoon disruption on certain routes, festive-season courier load, and remote pin codes that simply take longer to reach. None of these are excuses we hide behind. If your parcel is running late, write to us and we'll chase the courier with you.

This is the one habit worth building. It settles almost every damage question in a single message instead of five back-and-forths:

1. Check the outer box before you accept it. If the seal is broken or the box is visibly damaged, you're within your right to refuse delivery.
2. Photograph it if the seal or box looks wrong, before you open anything else.
3. Film the unboxing, start to finish, without cuts. If something inside turns out to be damaged, this one video is usually all we need to sort it out immediately.

Not sure which Monzzaro is yours yet? The Discovery Set (six 5ml Epos scents for ₹1,949) exists so you can live with a scent before committing to a full 60ml bottle. It's the low-risk way in, and the reason you may never need this section at all.

Write to us as soon as you notice an address needs correcting. Before dispatch, we can usually still fix it; after dispatch, it depends on the courier. If a delivery is attempted and missed, the courier will normally try again; if the parcel comes back to us as undelivered, write to us with your order number and we'll sort the reship with you.
