What we collect

When you join the Maison's mailing list we keep your email address. When the store opens, an order will require your name, delivery address and contact details — nothing beyond what delivering your perfume needs.

What we do with it

We use your details to fulfil orders, answer your messages, and — only if you opted in — write to you when a new Act or perfume enters the house. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

What we never do

• No selling of your data to third parties.
• No spam — every mail from the house carries an unsubscribe link.
• No collecting more than the order in front of us requires.

Write to us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold on you. Use the Contact page and we will act on it.
